Due recent events that everyone of you may be aware (Canadian Office resignation, Stormpay have froze our funds, and so forth). Was the main reason of my absence in order to think clearly on a new plan that will let this company on the business of adverstings and keep with your surfings working.

As many of you may know Stormpay is withholding unlawfully a quite considerable amount of funds reserve we have with them. This directly affected our regular operation into the advertising business, placing everyone of us in a stressed situation, which mainly affect our Top Managements Structure located in the Canada Office who could not support the pressure of such circumstances. The consequence of this situation was our Top managements Resignation and the Canadian, as well as UK,Spain and Malaysia offices got closed. Causing a quite considerable reduction of our staff at the company.

I think this information it is not new to all of you , but as I always told you there is nothing I need to hide you, and show you the current situation .

But let me tell you more about this situation and what are the future plans I am working on.

Our loyalty and well trained programming staff is still working with us, we have volunteers working on the new plan we are going to launch within a very short period of time. I have interviewed a very well trained and potencials candidates for the NEW Top management Structure. Within in a few days I will make my final decision on whom will be the new Top Managers who will be in charge of recruiting and rebuild the New Staff in charge of the payouts, support. And so forth.

Also I do need to tell you, of course due the Stormpay issue, we are not longer taking upgrades through this payment processor. On Paypal we are currently updating the paypal syst"

People have been asking for balance sheets. I don't really understand the rationale of this.

When you talk about us being a member's company and you want to check the accounts, what does that mean?

You are looking at it from an investor perspective. Now, if you are looking from an investor perspective, you must behave like one too. That means that you might lose your money if things did not go well. Have you ever thought of that?

I am willing to share with you our finances and everything if you want to be our investor. This means that if we do good, you get a part of our earnings. If we do not do good, your money might go. Through this reason, we are obligated to show you the books so you know what management is doing. If you are willing to invest, email me. Of course, don't come to me with $100 or $200. We are looking for at least half a million onwards.

Here, we treat members better than investors. They do not have to worry that they lose money. As a member said it well, we have listed our TOS clearly. If you want to have benefits better than an investor, you need to agree to our TOS. There must be compromise in both sides. You cannot come to us as an investor status yet do not want the possiblity of losing money an investor might face.

As mentioned, we will 'shrink' our membership base. We are evolving. Our concept is better defined now. We will go to a membership base number where we will be able to handle it well now. With a smaller membership base, we will be able to do payouts fast (less auditing needed). We will be able to gather our members together and move forward faster too. Take this example.

You bought an mp3 player for $150. You add in a new pair of really good earpiece for $50. You add in a new skin for the mp3 player for $20. After few days, you decide you do not like this mp3 player and like to return.

Do the store owner return you $150 or return you $220? Of course, you can argue with the store owner that you are giving him good earpiece and good skin and deserve getting $220 but does it work that way?

Most llikey, the store owner can only give you $150 back. That will be the max.

If you have use your studiotraffic earnings to upgrade other accounts, and you are looking for refund. You should include all accounts together so our staff can calculate all. That way, they will return you what you have sent in so you don't lose money with us.
